Seilenna Swimwear Summer 2016

Forget Me Not

Seilenna is a swimwear line that combines technical prowess with luxury fabric and innovative design. Conceived in New York and executed by the best corsetry artisans in France, the collection blends traditional European craftsmanship with New York style.

This summer 2016 will see the launch of Forget Me Not Studio’s collaboration on Seilenna’s second collection. Coco has been designing marine and Deauville prints, featuring colourful sea creatures and cute sailor designs with an emphasis on sea-side chic and the iconic cabines de plage (beach houses) typically found in Deauville and Brittany.

Each print is declined in 2 main background colours - one pale green and ocean blue for the sea creature - and 2 different cameos for the Deauville print, in keeping with the great tradition of European chic.

In addition to this season’s swimsuits and kaftans, Forget Me Not and Seilenna have developed a new range of shoes, handmade in italy, featuring wooden soles and leather prints applied with the finest digital technique.

The finest digital printing process has made this possible - achieving the minute details of the hand-drawn prints.

This high-end process, specific our textile manufacturer in Como, Italy, shows a feat of engineering with stunning 3D-like results. The fabrics are sophisticated, highly technical and incredibly soft on the skin.

The core product from this stunning collaboration between Forget Me Not and Seilenna is of course the swimsuit.

With a stylish, contemporary twist, the retro high-waisted bikini bottoms are where the all over print compliments the silhouette - the pattern embracing the curves of the body in the most flattering way.

The collection is declined in 2 main background colours - one pale pink and the other in burgundy - unusual tropical colours, in keeping with European chic.
